General Information on Warranty and Return Policies

RigidInflatableKayaks.com honors and adheres to all our suppliers return Policies and Warranties.

ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY RESULT IN DELAYS AND/OR ADDITIONAL FEES.

Unless otherwise specified, do not send your RETURN Products to RigidInflatableKayaks.com.  You must send them to the Manufacturer or their Distributor.  RigidInflatableKayaks.com will supply you with the complete information on what to do and where to ship your return merchandize to make this process as smooth as possible.  If you have any questions please contact us.

Warranty Information:
The LIMITED WARRANTIES Applicable to all products are provided to you from the MANUFACTURER of said PRODUCTS are found in the Warranty  documentations provided with the merchandise(s) that was purchased. RidgiInflatablekayaks.com makes no express warranties except those that may be stated and provided in RigidInflatableKayaks.com's applicable warranty statement in effect on date of order. Any such warranties will be effective and RigidInflatableKayaks.com will be obligated to honor any such warranties, only upon RigidInflatableKayaks.com has received a receipt of payment in full for such item/product to be warranted.

RigidInflatableKayaks only acts as a retailer. Any technical support, customer service support and
warranty (including information) provided on any and all third-party products purchased through RigidInflatableKayaks.com's are provided by the original manufacturer and not by RigidInflatableKayaks.com. These products may be returned only in accordance with the return policy in effect on the date of invoice. The Customer & Technical Support and warranties may vary from product to product and can change at the sole dicretion of the manufacture and is beyond the control of RigidInflatableKayaks.com. Therefore RigidInflatableKayaks.com will continually try to upgrade and revise it's product and service offerings to provide RigidInflatableKayaks.com customers with updated information, new products and the latest service offerings. In the event that an ordered product is out of stock, Customer will be contacted prior to any substitutions.

Warranty Product Returns
Products returned for warranty repairs or replacement are done so under the guidelines/obligation of the manufacturer's warranty policy and monitored and varified by the manufacturer's warranty department.

Return & Refund Policy
Should you wish to return a product for a reason other than warranty or repair, RigidInflatableKayaks.com offers return policies adhere only with those of our Manufacturers and/or distributors only.  To view the warranties and return policies of individual manufacturers and possible exceptions or additions to RigidInflatableKayaks.com’s guidelines, please click on the warranty page.

Our guidelines in addition & inclusive to those Provided by our product manufacturers:

  • You must e-mail us at support@RigidInflatableKayaks.com to receive return information & instructions.
  • Product(s) being return must be shipped to the specific manufacturer. Do Not ship to RigidInflatableKayaks.com, unless instructed to do so.
  • Returned products should be in the condition they were received, must be in their original packaging.
  • Pack the item(s) securely and in accordance to shippers requirements.
  • Remember to include all warranty cards and manuals.
  • You must include a copy of your receipt & a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
  • Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (You are responsible for return product shipping charges.)
  • Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase within 3 - 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected for damage by the manufacturer and approved.
  • The original cost of shipping the item to the customer will be subtracted from the refund.
  • There may be a re-stocking fee which will be subtracted from the refund. For specific information regarding re-stocking fees, click on our manufacture warranty page.

ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY RESULT IN DELAYS AND/OR ADDITIONAL FEES.

RETURN REQUEST CLAIM DEADLINES

  • Shipment Damaged Goods: 48 Hours of Delivery Receipt
    • may require up to 1-3 weeks processing by carrier
  • Non-Defective Goods: 30 Days
  • Defective Goods: 30 Days
  • Mis-Shipped Goods: 10 Days

FEES

  • Defective Merchandise: No Fees with Product Replacement
  • subject to policy re-stock fees when product is not replaced
  • subject to related shipping and re-stock fees
  • may be subject to $10.00 shipping carrier penalty fee
  • Sea Eagle/DSDI takes possession of unclaimed, unauthorized product returns after 60 days
  • Non-Defective Mechandise: 15% Re-Stock Fee in Most Cases
  • Unauthorized, Refused, and Undeliverable Returns

RETURNS REQUEST PROCEDURE

Submission Process
All return requests, including non-defective, defective, and damage claims must be submitted to RigidInflatableKayaks.com and then we will submit to Sea Eagle/ DSDI INC Support Ticket system.

Please allow 2-4 business days for an initial response to newly submitted claim requests. Instructions for necessary customer details are described within the ACCEPTED RETURN REQUESTS section of this policy.

ACCEPTED RETURN REQUESTS

Non-Defective Merchandise Allowed within 30 Days
For delivered merchandise that involves "buyer remorse" or other non-defective or non-damaged reasons for return, Sea Eagle/DSDI INC will accept requests formally submitted for final approval. In order to qualify for approval, all non-defective return requests require merchandise to be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition as determined by Sea Eagle / DSDI INC and/or its affiliates. To submit an ideal non-defective return request, please describe the reason for non-defective return: i.e. product quality concern, purchase elsewhere, etc. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE FORMALLY SUBMITTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURN. A 15% restocking fee is required for all non-defective returns. Again this must be submitted to RigidInflatableKayaks.com by email info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com                         

Defective Merchandise Allowed within 30 Days
For delivered merchandise that involves manufacturer-related product defects related to design, construction, or originally intended use, Sea Eagle/DSDI INC will accept requests formally submitted to DSDI on behalf of Sea Eagle for final approval. In order to qualify for approval, defective return requests require detailed reasons and descriptions related to the nature of said defective merchandise. To submit an ideal defective return request, please use exact details to describe the nature of the alleged defect(s): ie specific pieces/parts missing, reason or nature of improper product function, construction design/sizing, etc. Upon inspection, defective merchandise is replaced with similar merchandise and shipped to the customer at the expense of Sea Eagle/DSDI INC (depending upon availability). If replacement merchandise is unavailable for defects, a full refund will be promptly provided to the customer. If customer refuses to receive replacement merchandise (or product is deemed non-defective), customer will incur a restock fee based on this policy fee schedule. By default, Sea Eagle / DSDI INC is not responsible for inbound shipping costs related to returns, excluding costs to ship replacement/corrected merchandise to the customer. If product received on a defective claim is deemed non-defective by Sea Eagle/DSDI INC or its affiliates, the customer will be responsible the return shipping costs.  ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE FORMALLY SUBMITTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURN.  So please submit return requests to RigidInflatableKayaks.com at info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com.

Damaged Merchandise Allowed within 48 Hours
All damaged good claims must be submitted to Sea Ealge / DSDI INC within 48 hours of original delivery receipt. Damaged goods qualify as a result of packages being allegedly disturbed or harmed by the shipping carrier (ie UPS, FedEx, etc). These claims submitted to DSDI must be promptly filed in order to initiate the shipping claims process. Please allow between 1 to 3 weeks for damage claims to be reviewed and finalized by the shipping carrier. Required information for damage claim requests include the following: original packaging material, tracking information, end recipient contact telephone number, and details describing the nature of damage. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE FORMALLY SUBMITTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURN. So please submit return requests to RigidInflatableKayaks.com at info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com.

Mis-Shipped Merchandise Allowed within 10 Days
All shipments involving final delivery of incorrect merchandise should be submitted to DSDI INC within 10 days of delivery receipt. Mis-shipments qualify as a result of deliveries for received merchandise that was not originally ordered by the customer. If mis-shipment return requests are not submitted within 10 days of delivery, claims will be treated as non-defective return requests. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE FORMALLY SUBMITTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURN. Required information for mis-shipment claim requests include the following: model number(s) ordered vs. model number(s) received, additional digital photographs will help expedite claims processing. DSDI will furnish return shipping labels for all incorrectly shipped merchandise.  So please submit return requests to RigidInflatableKayaks.com at info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com.

More than 30 Days after Delivery Receipt
All non-defective return requests submitted after 30 days will be subject to denial by DSDI INC.

New and Unused Items

You may return new and used items for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 Days of purchase. You must send an email to info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com for information on getting return authorization (RMA) # prior to the return.  All inflatable products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, please call us or email us for details. Please use all original packaging when returning an item and be sure to include a copy of your Order Confirmation and a detail reason for the return. 

 

For Products that needs repair and/or thought to be covered under warranty.


You must return the damage or defective part(s) to the manufacturer.  You must send an email to info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com for information on getting a return authorization # (RA#) prior to the return along with the shipping address and instruction as well.  Make sure you make it to the Attn: Warranty/Repair when sending your email.  Be sure to enclose a note with a brief description of the problem, your name, return shipping address and daytime phone number. Turnaround time once the manufacturer receives the item is minimum one week.  Please be sure to send back the damaged or defective part only.  The Manufacturer does not need the entire product.

 

Shipping Damage Policy

If your purchase item(s) were damaged do to shipping, RigidInflatableKayaks.com and Creek Company will make every effort to replace your item(s).   You will need to contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email to info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com for information on getting a return Authorization #.   You will need a RA# prior to sending the shipment back.  If the same item isn’t no longer available we will advise you about other items similar that may be available at that time that you may be interested based on your previous selection(s) or we will refund your money back.

RETURN POLICY:
CWR offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned.   Units requiring service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to Info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RigidInflatableKayaks.com for details.  All shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the consumer not the responsibility of the manufacture, RigidInflatableKayak.com  or  CWR distribution.

Return Policy – Re-stocking Fees
If any INNOVA products are returned within the first 30 days following delivery for any reason other than warranty or repair, a 15% re-stocking fee will be subtracted from your product refund and all shipping costs will be the responsiblity of the customer including any special free shipping or other special shipping promotions that occured during the original purchase of this and any other said INNOVA Products that are being returned for reasons other then warranty or repair and all cost will be deducted from your product refund.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Units requiring service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to Info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
