3 WARRANTY – ALL SEA EAGLE INFLATABLE KAYAKS and BOATS ONLY

All Sea Eagle boats (inflatable Kayaks and all types of Inflatable boats) are covered for a full three years against manufacturer's defects ... from bow to stern.

They can afford to offer this unprecedented guarantee because of their 40 year experience in designing and manufacturing inflatable boats. They know quality products, and they stand behind them.

If any inflatable boat/kayak becomes defective within the warranty period, you need to return it for repair or no charge replacement.  You need to follow the return policies making sure your have a valid “Return Authorization #” (RA #).  Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.  Inflatable boats that are replaced under the 3 year warranty are not subject to a new 3 year warranty. The 3 year warranty is good from the date of the original purchase, not the replacement purchase.

Creek Company Warranty

Creek Company Lifetime Guarantee Warranty

ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY RESULT IN DELAYS AND/OR ADDITIONAL FEES.

Creek Company guarantees all of their Pontoon products to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original owner for as long as they own the product. This does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse of the product.   Doesn’t cover damages due to an Act of God. 

Creek Company only offers a  90 day warranty for all of their Accessory products (non-pontoon boat).

You may return new and used items for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 Days of purchase. You must send an email to info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com for information on getting return authorization (RMA) # prior to the return.  All inflatable products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, please call us or email us for details. Please use all original packaging when returning an item and be sure to include a copy of your Order Confirmation and a detail reason for the return. Shipping charges is the responsibility of the Customer.

ZODIAC BOATS WARRANTY

Zodiak Zoom Inflatable Boats Warranty.

ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY RESULT IN DELAYS AND/OR ADDITIONAL FEES.

Manufacturers Warranty

The warranty on ZOOM inflatable boats or rigid hull inflatable boats is limited to the original purchaser in the U.S.A. or Canada who registers their product within 30 days of purchase with Zodiac of North America, Your ZOOM is warranted for recreational purposes only (see Exclusions). The warranty applies only to boats purchased and registered through an authorized dealer.

FOR THOSE PURCHASERS WHO DO COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION PROCESS, Zodiac warrants the buoyancy tubes, seams, air floors, keels, transom, transom attachments, and fiberglass hull of the boat to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase or Zodiac will repair or replace said product (at its sole discretion) at no charge for labor and materials (excluding shipping costs).  Zodiac retains the right to substitute comparable product.

Zodiac parts, attachments and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material and structure for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase or Zodiac will repair or replace said product (at its sole discretion) at no charge for labor and materials (excluding shipping costs). Zodiac retains the right to substitute comparable product.

This warranty will be void if the Hull Identification Number (HIN) plate attached to the transom is changed, defaced or detached in any way.

After inspection of the condition of the boat by an authorized service center, determination of any warranty action will be made by Zodiac of North

America, Inc.

SOME EXCLUSIONS FROM THIS WARRANTY BUT NOT ALL SHOWN HERE!

 Misuse, abuse, or negligence, including without limitation, improper

docking, beaching or towing, collision, punctures, tearing, ripping, abrasion,

theft, fire and over/under inflation of air chambers.

Damage received through Acts of God, including but not limited to,

abnormal water, wind or weather conditions, etc.

Improper trailering, improper lifting, cradling or use of davits.

Alteration or tampering, including but not limited to, transom

modification, installation of an engine with incorrect shaft length, etc.

AirHead Kayak and Boat Warranty

Warranty for AirHead Inflatable Kayaks and Boats

ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY RESULT IN DELAYS AND/OR ADDITIONAL FEES.

Kwik Tek, Inc. Warrants, to the original purchaser only, when their products are used for normal recreational purposes.  That all Kwik Tek inflatable kayaks and boats are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from original purchase date.  Any implied warranties are also limited in duration to the 90 day period from original purchase date.

Kwik Tek, Inc.  Shall inspect all the warranty claims and in the event of a defect, repair or replace the defective part or entire item, at its option.  A return authorization number RA# must be obtained prior to return.  Contact RigidInflatableKayaks.com for RA# and return instructions by emailing info@rigidinflatablekayaks.com or you can contact the manufacture directly – information listed in user manual. 

The Warranty does not cover, Failure Caused by over-inflatation, tears, cuts, punctures or snags obtained during normal use; Items involved in accidents, or other uses consider normal use; fading from exposure to sunlight is also not covered by this warranty.  (excluding shipping costs - shipping cost is the responsibility of the Customer)

There are no warranties that extend beyond the description set forth by Kwik Tek, Inc.  Kwik, Tek, Inc., CWR, Inc. or rigidinflatablekayaks.com shall not be held responsible in any way for any incidental and/or consequential damages.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties by Kwik Tek, Inc. and this warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Sevylor Kayak and Boats Warranty

Warranty for Sevylor Inflatable Kayaks and Boats

ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY RESULT IN DELAYS AND/OR ADDITIONAL FEES.

Coleman, Inc. Warrants, to the original purchaser only, when their products are used for normal recreational purposes.  That all Sevylor inflatable kayaks and boats are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days from original purchase date.  Any implied warranties are also limited in duration to the 180 day period from original purchase date.
